Opening on 1 June, The Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza’s customers will be paying for “avant-garde gastronomy” served up by Paco Roncero, a two Michelin star chef, with only 12 guests served per night. The hotel will house the most expensive restaurant on the planet, where a meal for one will cost up to €1,500 (£1,235).The lucky dozen will not only enjoy gourmet dishes but a “gastro-sensory” spectacle including lights, sounds, and hovering dinner plates. A unique experience that “transcends dining.”
The video above shows the planning stages of the restaurant, introduced by Paco Roncero. It gives you an idea of the decor and special effects that will be used, all backed by music from Cafe del Mar.
We also particularly like this video which further details the project.
